The Stress Management Society designate each April as Stress Awareness month. Their website has lots of helpful free resource. If you would like some face to face support here in Harpenden, why not try the Frazzled Cafe?
Facilitated by volunteers from the Harpenden Trust, you will find a listening ear, a free cup of coffee and the chance to destress for an hour.
