Some great news from the National Final of the Young Enterprise competition where Food From the Roots, a team from Roundwood school, were competing. This is the first time a team from Harpenden has reached the National finals.

Whilst they were not ultimate champions they did win one of the five awards on offer amongst thirteen competitors. They won the Delta Pursuit of Opportunity award which is for building links between other businesses and their local community.

The Harpenden Trust Community Fund have supported the Young Enterprise project for many years and are delighted at the success of Food From the Roots this year and would like to congratulate them on this fantastic achievement!!
