Thank-you to our Appeal Collectors

The Trust hosted a thank-you drop-in afternoon tea party for its 2019 Christmas Appeal collectors on Saturday, 8 February. The party was well attended by some 42 collectors and Area Organisers who were able to enjoy enjoy tea & coffee and a great range of home-made cakes and to meet the organisation team and fellow collectors. Nick Luckett expressed the gratitude of the Trust for the efforts of the collectors who are the bedrock of the Care Fund’s activities to help Harpenden residents, through its coffee mornings, befriending service, outings, Home Visitors and Youth & Schools. The 2019 collection has raised about £53,000.

The Trust is very grateful to a local company that sponsors this specific event to thank the Christmas Appeal collectors.
