As life starts to get back to normal and the the usual activities of the Harpenden Trust can resume the Trust were delighted to run a Seniors' Outing on Tuesday last; a riverboat cruise along Bedford’s Great Ouse.
This was funded by money donated to our Care Fund and the day-trip gave 32 Harpenden clients a 3-hour river cruise in the sunshine while they enjoyed a Fish & Chip lunch, with the added bonus of featuring unexpectedly in a bridal photo shoot!
Thank-you also to the volunteers that came along to support on the day, and to those local residents who donate to our Care Fund in order to make special days like these possible.
