Ribbon Cancer Support Group - Wednesdays, 1:30-3:00pm

The group runs on Wednesday afternoons at the Trust Halls, 130a Southdown Road (above the Co-op), 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. We regularly invite guest speakers to talk on topics such as healthy eating, exercise, relaxation and meditation. We also have group discussions about cancer related issues.  Contact RCSG on 01582 363 143 (answerphone – we will get back to you) or email [email protected]
