Ribbon Cancer Support Group - Wednesdays, 1:30-3:00pm

Ribbon Cancer Support Group (RCSG): a support group for people who are registered with a GP in Harpenden and have had a cancer diagnosis. The group runs on Wednesday afternoons at the Trust Halls, 130a Southdown Road (above the Co-op), 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. The group provides a safe space where people can meet and connect with other people who share similar experiences. Whether you want to come and tell your story, have a friendly chat or just listen, we are there to help support you. We regularly invite guest speakers to talk on topics such as healthy eating, exercise, relaxation and meditation.
