Lea Singers' Charity Christmas Concert

I am delighted to share with everyone the success of “Festive Lea”, the Lea Singers' Charity Christmas Concert at the Eric Morecambe Centre last night. A wonderful evening with a Christmas programme of choral music, carols with audience participation and an unforgettable “Harpenden Twelve Days of Christmas” ... and mince pies!  The Lea Singers, a Harpenden-based chamber choir of around 30 singers, had kindly nominated the Harpenden Trust as their chosen charity for the night. All raffle ticket proceeds are directed to the Harpenden Trust's  Christmas Appeal.

In total a fabulous £1,060 was raised!!

Our huge thanks to the Lea Singers – the great team of Harpenden Trust Volunteer raffle ticket sellers – and to the generosity of all those who attended the concert – for making all this possible.

A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone ….
