Introducing ... Ian

Ian started volunteering with the Harpenden Trust in 2021. He volunteers as an Area Organiser, a co-ordinator for our annual Christmas Appeal which raises vital funds to help our Care Fund support our community. Ian is also an enthusiastic member of our Transport Team, regularly driving members of the community to events such as coffee mornings.

Ian said: “The Trust do a lot for the town and I’m happy to play a small part in this. In particular, I really enjoy the short chats with people as we drive to and from coffee mornings!”

The Harpenden Trust are always keen to welcome new volunteers and have a range of roles available, some with only minimal time commitments. To discuss our current volunteering opportunities please contact the Trust Office on 01582 460457 or email [email protected].
