Frazzled Cafe at the Harpenden Trust Halls

If you are anxious, stressed or overwhelmed there is a safe place for you to share your feelings in Harpenden. Come along to Frazzled Cafe on a Monday evening at the Harpenden Trust Halls at 130 Southdown Road (above the Co-op).  You will find a free hot drink, emotional support and comfort amongst others. A team of trained volunteers who care about how you feel hold these meetings, where everyone has the chance to be heard….or just to listen.  It’s free of charge to join us and you can book your place online at www.frazzledcafe.com/harpenden/

It’s OK to not be OK.
