The Stress Management Society designate each April as Stress Awareness month. Their website has lots of helpful free resource. If you would like some face to face support here in Harpenden, why not try the Frazzled Cafe?

Facilitated by volunteers from the Harpenden Trust, you will find a listening ear, a free cup of coffee and the chance to destress for an hour. Harpenden Trust Seniors Fair – 1st April 2026 - Rothamsted Park

The Harpenden Trust Seniors Fair will take place on Wednesday, 1st April from 10:30am to 1:00pm at the Eric Morecambe Centre in Rothamsted Park.
