Computer Friendly Drop-in Support Sessions and Training

Computer Friendly is a non-profit organisation which delivers low-cost computer training and support in the community. Computer Friendly runs a Drop-in at the Salvation Army (next to Waitrose) on Wednesdays from 10am - 1pm and in the Randall Room at the Harpenden Trust Centre (90 Southdown Road) on Thursdays from 10am - 12.30pm. The Drop-in is free, and is staffed with friendly and experienced volunteers with experience in Windows, Apple and Android products. The volunteers will help you find a solution to your technical issues.

There is no need to book, though if you have an issue that needs specialist help please book a one-to-one session in advance. Then, someone can help you for up to an hour.

If you are interested in the courses run, Computer Friendly will be able to assist you in finding the best course to suit your needs and skills.
