Pilates classes suitable for all ages and abilities run by a highly qualified and experienced teacher. Classes are tailored to the individual needs of the class with a maximum of 10 people in the class.

This group works through the Ashtanga Primary series. Knowledge of the series would be beneficial but not essential, however it would not be suitable for a beginner. It is run on a charity basis.

For complete beginners and experienced students, suitable for men and women of all abilities. All classes are Hatha yoga - the most widely practised form of yoga - and are taught by a qualified British Wheel of Yoga experienced teacher.

A football themed programme for children aged 1-3 years which helps to develop childrens' physical, intellectual and social development. Requires parental participation. Free taster-session offered. Two classes, each of 45 minutes: 09.00 to 09.45 and 09.45 to 10.30.
